Lindsay E. Bird
Ms. Bird received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Elon University (B.A 2005), and her J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Maryland School of Law (2012). During law school, Ms. Bird was an Associate Editor on the Maryland Law Review and interned with the United States Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division. Upon graduation, Ms. Bird received the Health Law Certificate and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Ms. Bird served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office. Ms. Bird handled a heavy misdemeanor docket in Baltimore City District Court before becoming a felony trial attorney in Baltimore City Circuit Court as a member of the Major Investigations Unit. During her time in the Major Investigations Unit, Ms. Bird prosecuted cases involving complex drug trafficking conspiracies, wiretaps, and violent repeat offenders. Ms. Bird was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2012. Ms. Bird’s practice focuses on lead paint litigation and toxic tort defense.
