Emily C. Kelley

Ms. Kelley’s practice centers on civil litigation, predominantly insurance defense. She grew up in Baltimore County and graduated from Towson University in 2012. After her undergraduate studies, Ms. Kelley attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating in 2015. Ms. Kelley is admitted to the bars of the State of Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Prior to joining The Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, Ms. Kelley spent several years specializing in insurance defense, both in the private sector and as in-house counsel.
