Elaine R. Wilford

Ms. Wilford is a Partner in The Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, P.A. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, primarily on personal injury and property damage cases. She is barred in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Elaine was born in Baltimore, Maryland and has strong roots in the Maryland legal community. She attended the University of Baltimore, graduating cum laude in 1984 with a B.A. in Political Science and earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore Law School of Law in 1988. Elaine completed her Master’s in Environmental Science from Johns Hopkins University.
