Roarke R. Cullenbine

Roarke R. Cullenbine has been practicing law since 2024.  He focuses his practice on civil litigation, particularly insurance defense.  Mr. Cullenbine started his legal career in private practice, where he represented individuals, businesses, and developers in complex property and business litigation across Maryland.  His work included handling tax-sale foreclosures, quiet-title and redemption actions, breach of contract disputes, landlord-tenant evictions, and estate caveats.  He drafted and argued motions, managed discovery, and participated in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials.
